P**ropósito del puesto**:
Asesorar el proceso de planeación, formulación y puesta en practica de políticas de comercialización y mercadeo de crédito automotriz, aplicación de programas y estrategias de la oferta y el portafolio de productos y servicios en función integral al cliente, satisfaciendo las necesidades mercado-cliente, creando un ambiente sólido de vínculos comerciales que proyecten en el futuro un crecimiento sostenido. En cumplimiento del plan estratégico, logrando los objetivos y metas institucionales.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Apoyar y gestionar efectivamente diversos proyectos con distintas áreas del negocio para incorporar las iniciativas y estrategias de negocio.
- Asegurar la relación de distintas áreas para una mejor ejecución de las campañas CRM y Mercado abierto.
- Establecer relaciones comerciales con agencias y grupos de agencias.
- Desarrollar una comunicación efectiva con toda la red y áreas.
- Apoyar el enrolamiento de clientes brindando un excelente servicio.
- Interacción y retroalimentación con el personal de Sucursales a todos los níveles, de las subdirecciones y directores divisionales, para identificar oportunidades de mejora en campañas, procesos y estrategias definidas.
- Participar en la organización eventos de seguimiento, capacitación, workshops, reconocimiento, etc.
- Mostrar siempre una actitud positiva, proactiva y propositiva, abierta a nuevas posibilidades y prestando atención a las necesidades de la red de sucursales, priorizando aquellas que representen mayor impacto para beneficio del negocio.
- Identificar malas practicas o manejos del producto a las áreas de monitoreo y control.
Requirements
- Licenciatura en las ramas económico/admistrativo
- Administración y manejo de personal o de gestión de equipos y proyectos
- 2 años de experiência en red de sucursales a nível gerencial
- Gestión y administración de ventas de productos de crédito.
- Liderazgo y Negociación.

Conocimientos Intermedios:

- Definición de los objetivos y diseño de estrategias
- Negociación.

Habilidades Avanzados:

- Analicis datos, evaluación de resultados, proponer y recomendar acciones
- Habilidad de trabajo en equipo
- Trabajo bajo presión

Habilidades Intermedias:

- Gestión del tiempo, auto motivación, gestión de proyectos, establecimiento de prioridades.
