**Background**:
**Sunroom Rentals** & **Utility Profit** are on a mission to improve the experience of renting homes. Sunroom Rentals partners with property managers to lease out their homes by offering full-service leasing, as well as a new standalone product called Utility Profit. We make it easy for renters to see the utility options for their address and set up their water, electric, gas, and internet.
We’re building out our team and creating the future of moving. Our headquarters are in Austin, TX, and we have a distributed team of 40+ talented team members.
**Our Order Auditor and Invoice Specialist** serves a variety of critical functions for the Utility Profit Order Purchasing team, primarily auditing orders to ensure that renters' utility orders are completed and verified, as well as tracking payments from utility dealers. This Specialist will also create weekly invoices for our Field Operations Installers on the leasing side of the business.
This is a full-time contractor role, working remotely from Mexico (or a location within 2 hours of US Central Time Zone) on an ongoing basis.
**What you'll be doing**:
- ** Order Auditing**:You'll review utility orders and ensure they are complete in various platforms, and help to ensure that as many orders as possible are completed. You'll help identify trends and issues and collaborate with the team to improve processes and to increase the rate of order completion.

- ** Invoice Creation**:You'll help our leasing team by creating invoices for our Field Operations contractors on a weekly basis. You'll work with our database and various spreadsheets to create the invoices. You may work with our team to create and send out payments via our payment platform.
- ** Additional Support**: As time allows, you may also assist with other activities to support our clients and growing team.
**Why you'll love working here**:
- ** Innovative Company**:You'll be joining a small but growing team, at an extremely innovative company that is changing the real estate and utility market. You'll work with creative leaders with a proven track record of creating successful companies.
- ** Salary**:The range for this role is $800-$1,000 USD/month, depending on experience. You have the choice to be paid in USD or your local currency, if available on our payment platform.
- ** Supportive Team**:We have an amazing team to help train you and support you as you advance.
- ** Modern technology**:We've developed software & CRM systems to deliver the best client experience. We're building tools from the ground up to make your job easier and more efficient.

- ** Detail-Oriented**:You pay attention to the details - your work is accurate, thorough, organized and precise.
- ** Communication**:You are fluent in English and have great verbal and written communication skills. You're a good listener and a great collaborator. You clearly get your ideas across to others and proactively update team members on your work.
- ** Trust-Worthy**: You can maintain confidentiality and are experienced in handling sensitive information securely. **_You are willing to go through a standard background check as part of the onboarding process._**
- ** Highly Organized**:You are highly organized and able to track multiple moving pieces in a high-volume environment. You can multi-task with the best of them
- ** Fast Thinker**:You're quick on your feet in the moment, and you don't get flustered by change. While you can follow a process and complete similar steps repeatedly, you're also good at adapting to change, whether it's a change in process or adjusting to a change in utility options presented to a renter, for example.
