Procurement Finance Manager for LATAM region, providing transactional support for wide range of key finance requirements, from month-end closing through to key forecast and budgeting activities. Integral part of regional E2E Supply chain Finance with dotted line to procurement finance, providing value-added analysis and business partnership.

Process improvement & new processes champion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Month End close responsibilities for multiple entities in LATAM. Pre-close activities through-out the month including Manual PPV Journal postings (Intercompany PPV pass-around, ad-hoc ). SOX & Blackline preparations.
- CCI project validation across LATAM. Requires analysis and challenging buyers on assumptions and data.
- LATAM workflow activities (raw materials / packaging / co-packing / intercompany finished goods) - ensuring new materials are correctly set up within SAP.
- Procurement commodity bridges ownership for Month end and forecast, for all entities across LATAM. Collecting, cleaning, consolidating and reviewing data for accuracy. Loading, reviewing and analyzing commodity prices and “Other PPV” amounts within TM1 during the QRTLY forecast and budgeting processes.
- DPO preparation in LATAM, analysis and review before submitting to NA Procurement Finance.
- LATAM SAP Annual Standard setting process owner - working with LATAM factory controllers to ensure standards are loaded with accuracy
- Process Improvement & new processes development support. Best practices trainer for the team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree
- Prior work experience/knowledge within a finance & business partnership.
- Detail oriented and process improvement skills.
- Demonstrated team orientation with strong customer service focus required.
- Accuracy in Data management and insights.
- Effective and Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English and Spanish.
- Self-management of own workload - capability to plan work and meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-starter and proactive in initiating action steps
