- This senior-level IT business analyst position will be supporting R&D IT Science and Engineering portfolio of projects
- Implement and maintain validated vendor solutions from beginning to end, manage creation and approval of deliverables in a validation package
- Provide point of contact for qualification, documentation, implementation, and operation of R&D laboratory and engineering systems (such as OpenLab, LabVantage LIMS, Blue Mountain RAM, Empower, DOORS)
- Participate in the overall delivery of the technical solutions, including the creation of the supporting technical validation documentation
- Resolve and handle technical aspects of a project, priorities, timelines, and schedules
- Manage vendors and third-party providers

**What you'll be doing**
- Act as resident expert of R&D portfolio of laboratory and scientific computerized systems.
- Demonstrate extensive business and process knowledge, handle complex problems, possess extensive working knowledge of validation and SDLC
- Plan and execute computer validation activities for system implementations and change controls
- Develop test plans and scripts, execute test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing, provide end user support
- Perform tasks with mínimal direction, independently triage and manage complex issues, guide others
- Develop and maintain SDLC validation documentation and technical documentation
- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function.
- Manage vendor relationship including maintenance and license agreements, scheduled services, statements of work
- Collaborate with external development teams
- Interact regularly with internal business partners to understand their business needs and develop IT solutions
- Review project teams' work to ensure quality (design walk-through, code review, test results, etc.) and alignment to the processes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain technical system documentation
- Provide high level technical support as needed, perform root cause analysis for issue resolution
