**As the Finished Goods Planner**

The purpose of the Planning position is to coordinate, plan and execute the supply of the finished product to the end customer in compliance with the with the parameters of shelf life, delivery time, material packaging and quantity

**Responsibilities**
- New win process: Registration of the material for the first time in the SAP system. The Finished Goods Planner is responsible for entering the material information into the system.
- MRP review (analysis and planning): should be carried out every day in order to continuously monitor the client's needs. It is important to note that when entering an STO, the specifications of each material must be reviewed based on the parameters of shelf life, packaging, delivery times, and mode of transportation.
- Monitoring and updating the status of STO's.
- Preparation of reports: It is essential for the evaluation and analysis of the indicators of the position, they serve as a tool to identify deviations and corrective actions.

**Education**
- Professional in Administration, Engineering, or similar areas.
- Knowledge of administrative processes such as planning, inventory indicators, and material transfer.
- Knowledge of the SAP System in the areas of planning and transfer of materials.
- Intermediate level of English
