Riviera Maya Catamarans is looking for an experienced and motivated administrative assistant for a boat rental tours company. This is an onsite, in-office, position in Puerto Aventuras Marina. **Supreme organization skills and excel are required.**

**This is a growth position to expand into managing projects and being a backup support. Preferably this person has a driver’s license and can drive.**

RMC is a re-seller company that offers boat tours (public and private) in the whole Riviera Maya and Cancún.

The company culture at Riviera Maya Catamarans, associated with businesses is relaxed; however, the aims and goals are high, as are expectations for our team members. Staff is expected to self-manage, self-motivate and work in a task-oriented manner, focusing on making sure, the work is done well and on time.

**Requirements**:
This position requires a person with formal administrative assistance ideally in tour operators’ companies.

With experience in excel reports, vendor payments, payroll, administrative projects, and expediting work results.

**In addition, applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.**
