**Responsibilities**

**Picture of Success Producer**

**Main Purpose**

Responsible to produce the Picture of Success and execute the process of creation as one of the principal outcomes of the new Perfect Store holistic model to harmonize the sales team execution principles and guidance aligning all the CVO’s components with the regional team to assembly these Pictures of Success defined for each prioritized segment in each OU/MU to guarantee standardization, simplicity and complete understanding of the execution guides.

- _
Deliver a best in class and an on time content of all Pictures of Success required and validated with all the commercial stakeholders (Trade Mkt Leaders, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, CatMan, Merchandising, HR & Perfect Store) considering the CVO’s components and Conecta2 journey for Traditional Trade._
- _ Owner & Responsible of the local Picture of Success production for the prioritized segments._
- _ Support all the workshops required to robust any Picture of Success _
- _Integrate Picture of Success with any transformation process and enablers _
- _Takes all the Feedback and corrections and design/Produce the new proposals._
- _ Ensure the execution of the new model of PICoS across LatAm & WoW between PICoS Coordinators & PICoS Designers_

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Education: Marketing, Project Management Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. _
- _Functional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales._
- _ knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3Ds Max, Maya, VRay._
- _ Sales transformation experience_
- _ Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Sales Development_
- _ Language: 100% Spanish & English, Portuguese desired_
