**Responsibilities**:
**Picture of Success Rendering Coordinator**

**Main Purpose**

Responsible for coordinating the design team for the correct delivery of all the components to integrate into the Picture of success and execute the process of creation as one of the principal outcomes of the new Perfect Store holistic model to harmonize the sales team execution principles and guidance aligning all the CVO’s components with the regional team to assembly these Pictures of Success defined for each prioritized segment in each OU/MU to guarantee standardization, simplicity and complete understanding of the execution guides.

- _
Deliver a best in class and an on time content of all Pictures of Success required and validated with Picture of Success Coordinators & Perfect Store DX_
- _ Takes all the Feedback and corrections and design/Produce the new proposals._
- _ Ensure to execute the correct WoW between PS Coordinators & Design team._
- _ Establish and propose new ways of working that integrate efficiency and improve the quality of deliverables._
- _ Develop a best in class solutions & build a Center of Excellence for Picture of Success_
- _ Ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed. _
- _Be a PS/Brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely._
- _ Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team. _
- _Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends. _
- _Present designs to teams for approval_

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (rendering, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)_
- _ Advance English, Portuguese desired_
- _ 3 - 5 years of agency creative experience in renderes_
- _ Experience of leading teams of +5 people_
- _ Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus_
- _ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams_
- _ Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills_
- _ Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must_
- _ Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines_
- _ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3Ds Max, Maya, VRay._
