**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor shipments
- Update reports and system, e.g. loads picked up, deliveries, time of events, comments of requests, etc
- Track and Trace and planning loads (when required)
- Appointment scheduling
- Customer service
- Reporting for specific accounts.
Basic Qualifications
- Highschool degree
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Analytical
- Multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- On-the-fly prioritization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as logistics coordinator
Knowledge of transport laws and regulations
