El Revenue Manager debe: Dar el mejor servicio al huésped. Se asegura de que se obtienen las metas establecidas en ventas. Cumple con su cuota de ventas. Realiza llamadas diariamente a las cuentas inscritas en el club de reservaciones. Apoya en la ejecución de plan de negocio de marketing y operación. Contribuye con su desempeño diario para consolidar el hotel como líder en ocupación de la plaza en el mercado de servicios selectos, manteniendo la tarifa más alta en su segmento.

Cumple con la cuota de ingresos del club de reservaciones.

Administra el tiempo, el presupuesto y los recursos en forma eficaz y eficiente.

Mantiene un buen ambiente de trabajo con el personal

Revisa Reportes (“Reportes MTYZO”, Actualiza tablas de estadísticas como “Forecast del Mes”, “Grupos”, “Renta de Salones”)

Revisa Reporte de Cancelaciones.

Balancea el inventario del hotel y tipos de Habitación.

Revisa traces y llegadas de reservaciones.

Procesa pago de comisiones a agencias y a club de reservaciones (Carga de Tarifas)

Actualizar el excel de “Producción de Rate Categories”
Solicitar cierre del hotel.
Solicitar cierre de PCR y costo del mes.
Solicitar cierre de Club de Reservaciones.

Salario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes

Horario:
