**QUALITY SYSTEM ENGINEER (DIVISIÓN DE ESTRUCTURAS)**

**Objetivo**

Responsable de garantizar los procesos bajo las normas de calidad establecidas por la organización, administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y económicos de la empresa para llevar acabo una producción más eficiente, asi como desarrollar estrategias que garanticen la calidad tanto en proceso como en el producto terminado, evaluar el producto terminado, identificar errores y proponer mejoras. Elaborar informes a la alta dirección acerca de datos relevantes para la toma de desiciones.

**Funciones principales**:
1. Realizar recorridos diarios en piso al inicio de turno y Supervisar las actividades del personal a su cargo asegurando la calidad de los productos.

2.Realizcion de 8Ds en tiempo: Implementacion de acciones preventivas, correctivas y su seguimiento, para las Quejas Oficiales y No Oficiales de nuestros Clientes.

3. Mantiene y documenta el sistema de calidad de acuerdo a la norma IATF16949

4. Coordina y administra los recursos para la realización de pruebas en planta y requeridas por el cliente

5. Mantiene actualizados los planes de control e Instrucciones de Inspección/PQS/HTE de los Procesos de Manufactura.

6. Elabora reportes de falla, detectados durante los procesos de producción y trabaja en la correcion

7. Obtiene la información estadística de los procesos para elaboración de reportes y análisis de toma de decisiones

8. Diseño de sistemas de calidad para la mejora de procesos.

9. Cumple y hace cumplir la política de Calidad y los requerimientos del SGC

10. Cumple y hace cumplir la política Ambiental y los requerimientos del SGA.

11. Elabora y construye la información para generar PPAP y entregar al cliente.

12. Liderea equipos multidiciplinarios para atacar los problemas de calidad tanto en el proceso como con el cliente final, asi como para la mejora

13.Asegurar que los Checking fixtures y equipos de medicion se encunetren con sus insrcucciones de inspeccion, calibraciones vigentes y estudios de MSA.

14. Capacitación en herramientas básicas de C.E.P. al personal de calidad y autocontrol, Trabajo estandarizado.
15.Asegurarse de la realización y frecuencia de pruebas que se indican en el Control Plan, características del proceso, etc)

16. Manejo de informacion en los portales de cliente (Covisin, SQTS, GQTS

17 Realizar Estudios de capacidad anuales de las caracteristicas criticas
18 Asistir a todas las juntas programadas scrap, tiers, juntas de calidad, fast response etc.

19Asegurarse de que todo el material no conforme de sus lineas se encuentre identificado, segregado y con candado.
20Asegurarse que los monitores de Calidad llenen todos los formatos correspondientes (lib. Primer pieza, check list de Defectos, PY).
21.Elaborar cartas de Flexibilidad de los monitores de Calidad.
22.Elaboración de instrucciones de cheaking fixture.

**Educacion**: Ingenieria Terminada Afin

**Habilidades**:Manejo de herramientas estadísticas, Técnicas de solución de problemas
(8 D's, 5 pasos - PRTM, 7 Pasos), Sistema de Calidad IIATF16949, ISO14001, Core tools, requerimientos especificos de Cliente

**Experiência**: 2 años en el área de Calidad, preferentemente en la Industria Automotriz
metalmecánica.Certificacion Six Sigma

**Formacion** Herramientas de Lean manufacturing, tolerancias geométricas, RED X
Idioma inglés. Avanzado 90% deseable
