**Title**: Supervisor, Product Engineering I - Mechanical Design (CA) (60000643)
**Primary Location**: Mexique (MX) - Monterrey Nuevo León
**Function**: Engineering (CA)

**Main Responsabilities**:
Provides daily supervision of administrative and technical issues involving a functional group of engineers supporting EPDP / CI activities.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Lead for Hydraulic Design & Routing Team at ETEC responsible for EPDP and CI projects execution
- Manage Design team to deliver EPDP and CI projects aligned to the platform strategy and goals
- Work with ME / QE / SM / PM team to ensure design meets requirements, specifications and capabilities.
- Develop new design processes within his/her group
- Provides leadership and counsel to less experienced employees.
- Develops, tracks and meets capital and expense budget for area of responsibility.
- Performs administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
- Leads in resolution of product-line based difficult technical issues whether within the company or with outside suppliers.

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), Enterprise Technology Development process (ETDP) and Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP).
- Experience with Creo, PDM and SAP
- Familiarity with Creo Piping & Routing process/standards
- Fundamental skills in Hydraulic Engineering Principles such as Pressure, flow, temperature, etc
- Fundamental skills in Hydraulic components such as valves, actuator, hoses, fittings, etc
- Enterprise systems knowledge (NCCA, EETS, C-Projects, etc)
- Knowledge of industry Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies.
- Experience on Hydraulic Design and Simulation (Automation Studio or similar simulation software)

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, Aeronautical Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
