YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Supplier development**:
With the experts and supplier, define the improvement plan that will make it possible to meet objectives
Implement the detailed improvement plan and define governance in order to achieve the set objectives
Ensure that the business relationship with the supplier is maintained during the project
Ensure the sustainability of the implemented process improvements, basic tools and management principles after the project’s end

**Supplier assessments**:
Initiate supplier assessment with new and current suppliers
Support supplier training, challenge the self assessments and realise on site supplier audit

**Capacity analysis**:
With support of planning secure supplier production capacity in regards of BRP forecast
Capacity and forecast analysis to define potential risk and establish the appropriate action plan
Manage implementation of supplier action plan in collaboration with other BRP departments
The supplier development department belongs to Global sourcing & Quality, and both are located Valcourt QC.
The team members and suppliers are in all continents / Frequent travel required
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in administration or another related field
Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience in purchasing, quality or as an auditor
Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French);
Very strong ability to adapt to change and influence others
Solid skills in coaching and mobilizing multidisciplinary teams
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize and manage priorities
Ability to communicate with diplomacy
Energetic, responsible and self-sufficient
Knowledge Business administration, technical and industrial background
Lean manufacturing, continue improvement certification are an asset
This position is based in Juarez, Mx
