Training & Development Coordinator

This position is part of our Corporate segment; located in Juarez, Chih. Mex.

**Your Role**

As a Training & Development Coordinator, your day-to-day will consist of the following:

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and using a Training Needs Analysis
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Assist in creating a budget for all training and development initiatives
- Design specific training programs that target employees’ skill gaps and increase their productivity
- Audit existing teaching materials and course aids and update them as required
- Oversee the preparation of new teaching materials and curriculums within our LMS
- Assign trainers and educators to specific programs, provide them with the necessary training, and supervise their activities to ensure flawless implementation of all learning initiatives
- Define performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports for senior management
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness and success periodically and report on them
- Identify opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Respond to internal/external audits related to the training process and records

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- **Bachelor's Degree in **HR, Education, Business Administration, or any related field**:

- **+3 years of experience i **_n a training role (preferably in the Automotive industry) _**:

- **Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing**:

- **Proficiency in a relevant learning management system**:

- **Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**:

- **Certifications in training management are a plus**:

- **Track record in designing and executing successful training programs**:

- **Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)**:

- **Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively**:

- **Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals**:

- **Strong computer and database skills / MS Office**
