Deberes y responsabilidades:

- Gestionar las aclaraciones correspondientes en los portales de los Retailers y Grandes Tiendas para su revisión
- Conciliar cuentas/facturas vencidas
- Mantener registros precisos de las cuentas vencidas y de las gestiones de cobranza.
- Procesar y gestionar estados de cuenta
- Realizar auditorías a la cartera de clientes
- Dar seguimiento del pago de cuentas y retenciones del cliente, liberando pagos atrasados, notas de débito y créditos no utilizados con el cliente
- Gestionar cartera de bajo riesgo
- Proporcionar seguimiento a la solicitud diaria
- Proporcionar soporte telefónico o por correo electrónico

Habilidades y calificaciones:

- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o afines
- Experiência comprobable de más de 2 años en Administración de Ventas.
- Deseable conocimientos en emisión y recepción de CFDI (Recibos Fiscales Digitales a través de Internet)
- Habilidades de negociación y facilidad para hablar.
- Habilidad en gestión de conflictos y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de análisis
- Uso intermedio de Excel.
- Inglés intermedio
