**Acerca del puesto**:
Con grandes innovaciones y emocionantes planes de expansión, nunca ha habido un mejor momento para unirte al Grupo Ferrero y ser extraordinario con nosotros El rol de **National Transportation & 3PL´S Manager** serás responsable de planear, administrar y controlar la estrategia de transportación, almacenamiento, distribución y logística inversa nacional de producto terminado, así como de material promocional en punto de venta. En este rol, podrás aprovechar tu conocimiento en Logística, Distribución y Transportes para crear una ventaja competitiva eficaz y eficiente con relación al costo y servicio de entrega de productos Ferrero hacia nuestros clientes.

**Principales responsabilidades**:
Diseñarás, planearás y controlarás las estrategias de transporte, almacenamiento y distribución requeridas para satisfacer las necesidades de entrega en tiempo, lugar, forma y calidad que los clientes requieren, estableciendo los canales correctos de distribución.
- Serás responsable de establecer y asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores logísticos de: Servicio (Fill Rate, Order Fill Rate, On Time Delivery, Refusals & Rejection); Costo, Calidad en almacenaje y distribución, Frescura.
- Determinarás del presupuesto anual de transporte nacional: distribución y almacenaje de producto terminado del mercado mexicano y asegurarás su cumplimiento.
- Consolidarás y controlarás el gasto total de Logística Comercial, gestionando su apego a Budget.
- Diseñarás e implementarás proyectos de mejora en transporte, almacenaje y distribución para la optimización de costos logísticos anuales y contribuir a la rentabilidad de la compañía.
- Gestionarás la operación de los operadores logísticos a nível nacional de transportación, almacenaje, distribución directa, POP y logística inversa a través de los 8 almacenes regionales y 7 Cross-Docks para garantizar la seguridad, calidad, servicio y costo requeridos en los procesos logísticos para maximizar la rentabilidad de la compañía.
- Protegerás el patrimonio de Ferrero de producto terminado asegurando el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos contractuales por parte de los proveedores logísticos conforme a los estándares de la compañía.

**A quién estamos buscando**:

- Lic. Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Mín. 3 años de experiência desempeñando roles como: Customer Service, Logística, Distribución y Transporte, Gerente de Transporte, FTL o similares.
- Conocimientos en Redes de distribución, Route to Market, Ingeniería de rutas, Inventarios, Gestión de flotas de transporte, Project Management, Control de presupuesto y Costos logísticos.
- Competencias de: Liderazgo, Gestión del Cambio, Logro de Resultado, Integración Organizacional y Mentalidad Estratégica.
