**Responsibilities**

**Commercial and Sales Analytics Analyst**

**Main purpose**

This individual will sup with analytics agenda helping setup the information required to deliver solution for driving actionable insights for the Perfect Store Sector and Latam Markets (# of perfect stores 315K).
- Key responsibilities will be to understand the data availability in different markets, develop solutions using advanced analytics and deep learning projects to support perfect store agenda.
- Optimizing and integrating different data sets to enable the undertaking of advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Responsible for a budget of 495K USD and 5 suppliers.

**Your Impact**

As the Perfect Store Analytics Manager your scope will consist of:

- Support Reporting & tracking of Perfect Store execution by country.
- Gather information across Latam to develop scorecards.
- Gives support to Latam countries for tracking strategy defined in terms of perfect store Latam.
- Manages & implements Tracking operation, in collaboration with OU´s IT & Sales teams.
- Identify needs/trends in data research to support market´s development.
- Generates initiatives tracking, aligned to a central strategy and analytics framework to maximize POS.
- Forecasting and Tracking Perfect Store budget and suppliers relationship.

**Qualifications**

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 3-4 Years of experience.
- ** Education**: Data Scientist, Actuario, Data Analytics related career.
- Data Engineering, Database management, Data cleaning, Data lake connections excel, data analytics.
- ** Model development**: Programming Skills (Python, Scikit Learn)ogia SAFE, itereation planning. **Power Bi**:

- ** Language**: 100% Spanish & Intermediate English
- Detailed oriented, Driving for Results, Demonstrates a passion for leading teams, Strategic Thinking, Innovating, Collaboration, Influence other.
