**Responsibilities**
**Commercial and Sales Analytics Manager**
**Main purpose**
Create a Center of Excellence for Perfect Store in the GBS to expand our capabilities, create efficiencies, deliver best in class soutions and evolve the model in the future, to become more granular and capture vertical growth across our business.
**Your Impact**
As The GBS LATAM Perfect Store Analytics Manager your scope will consist of:
- Lead the GBS Perfect Store analytics agenda aligned with the Perfect Store sector priorities:
Perfect Store supported: 315k
Net Revenue 134MM
Budget 495K USD
- Deploy and Develop key Perfect Store capabilities:
- Reporting & Analytics
- Collaborates with the sector, MBS Commercial reporting & the markets to gather all the information needed to report results
- Coordinate all Perfect Store tracking and provides insights on performance to tackle big opportunities
- Value Realization Measurement & Monetizing agenda
- Evolves the Value Realization model working closely with cross functional teams
- Identifies ways to accelerate PS contribution and monetization. Produtivity : 180k USD / 8 MM
- Coordinate along with sector, the different proofs of concept (POCs) that will deploy in each market, to track & evolve the analytics model, as a, sustainable strategy.
- Win stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to all key stakeholders
- Guarantee end to end process is properly coordinated with the Perfect Store LATAM team.
- Ensure connection and leverage capabilities with other GBS hubs and within MBS.
**Qualifications**
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- +7 yrs working experience preferably in CPG industry or Consulting, in areas of Analytics, Insights, Sales, Transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Scientist, Actuario, Data Analytics related career; post-graduate degree in same areas desirable
- Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization.
- Outstanding project management skills
- Strong quantitative skills and Analytics proficiency
- Acts as an owner, self-starter with the highest results orientation
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Purtuguese desired
- Strategic thinking and Results oriented
- Assertive Communication to all stakeholders
- Model development
- Programming Skills (Python, Scikit Learn)ogia SAFE, itereation planning
- Version Control & Code Management(Github, DevOps)
