**Objetivo de puesto**
El Arquitecto empresarial es responsable de mantener la alineación en las cuatro dimensiones de la arquitectura empresarial: Procesos de Negocio, Aplicaciones, Datos y Infraestructura Tecnológica.
**Principales Funciones**:
- Responsable de operar, dar soporte y mantenimiento a los procesos y demás activos de arquitectura empresarial de AXA México de soporte a la planeación estratégica, incluyendo las políticas a cargo del área, asegurando que los activos se mantienen vigentes, actualizando los lineamientos de uso de tecnologías, consensuando con los interesados las actualizaciones necesarias, informando de los cambios a los grupos de interés (áreas de control y auditoría), y haciendo difusión de los cambios para asegurar que todos los roles involucrados en el diseño de soluciones cuentan con la información correcta y oportuna para operar sus procesos, y estos diseñan las soluciones siguiendo los estándares vigentes.
- Responsable de mantener el portafolio de las aplicaciones de AXA México, así como de proponer y realizar iniciativas para mejorar la salud del portafolio aplicando los marcos de referencia de arquitectura empresarial adoptados por AXA para asegurar una adecuada representación de las aplicaciones de AXA México, sus capacidades de negocio, relaciones y demás atributos.
- Responsable de realizar anualmente la evaluación del nível de madurez de la práctica de arquitectura (sesiones, encuestas, etc.) empresarial en AXA México, así como de registrar, compilar y proponer acciones siguiendo las mejores prácticas de arquitectura y marcos de madurez de arquitectura de la industria y entrevistas y encuestas a las áreas interesadas para elevar el nível de madurez de la práctica de arquitectura en AXA México.
- Responsable de operar, dar soporte y mantenimiento a los procesos del gobierno de soluciones de arquitectura y sus artefactos, incluyendo la relación con prestadores de servicios tecnológicos, mediante el seguimiento a los diseños de soluciones, registrando y comunicando a los interesados las acciones necesarias para asegurar que los diseños de soluciones estén adecuadamente autorizados y que su implementación corresponda con lo diseñado.
- Responsable de procesar, producir e informar a los interesados los KPI de Arquitectura Empresarial haciendo uso de las diferentes herramientas y fuentes de información vigentes y siguiendo los lineamientos para su cálculo, reporte e interpretación para dar visibilidad periódica a los diferentes interesados acerca del estado de los indicadores del área y su evolución.
**Su Perfil** Requisitos**:
- Formación Académica: Ingenieria o Licenciatura en Sistemas o afín (Concluida)
- Idioma: Inglés - Intermedio (60%) (Lectura, escuchar por participación en reuniones de grupo)
- Tipo y tiempo de experiência: Experiência previa de al menos un año como arquitecto empresarial con puesto o funciones equivalentes (Arquitectura de soluciones), conocimiento de Seguros (deseable)
- Conocimiento: Marcos de referencia TOGAF o certificación en TOGAF 1 o 2 (deseable)
- Herramientas: MEGA Hopex o herramientas de Arquitectura empresarial (deseable), Jira y Confluence (deseable), Paqueteria Office.
