**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:

- Primaraly to support NA SAP HCM systems (production support and projects) and other global payroll systems
- Coordinate with support teams, BPO provider and other vendors to complete payroll activities
- Configure SAP HCM system to support gorss to net payroll write/modify FD´s/FMD´s ando configuration rationales A team player.

**Your Impact**:
As Enterprise Solutions Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Act as SME for SAP HCM Payroll - Gross to net payroll
- Work directly with vendor support team to ensure SLA´s are met
- Independently resolve issues related to SAP payroll using IMG and SAP best practice
- Engage IT and payroll/finance business teams to resolve issues related to SAP HCM payroll systems

Qualifications:

**Education**
- New grad
- New grad in computer science, software engineering information technology

**Experience**
- **
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must**- Knowledge in SAP (Desirable)
- Programming language experience desirable
- A team player
- Great attitude and commitment to continuous learning
