**Resumen del trabajo**:
Purchasing and scheduling manager, plans, coordinates, and supervises materials planning strategies in purchasing with IBP (Integrated Business Planning), from coordinating with the sales/product team for a holistic understanding of demand planning, to the analysis and procurement of materials for supply planning, aiming to improve customer service and cash flow through raw material inventory optimization, precision in raw material quantities, and tactical scheduling planning to support productivity improvements and proper resource utilization in the plant.

**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:

- Develop and control MPS Process
- Review and mitigate MPS constraints (Material or Capacity).
- Responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to MPS.
- Communicate MPS, constraints and risk to the IP Supply Plan.
- MPS supports strategic business goals enabling the company to achieve the IBP Supply Plan.

**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:

- MRP AND KB Knowledge
- Oracle / ACP Knowledge
- English advanced
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in a similar position
