**What you’ll do**:
**Resumen**

El Analista Fiscal COE Impuestos Directos LATAM será responsable de la declaración de impuestos directos de los negocios de México. Además, este rol ayudará al Supervisor COE Impuestos Directos LATAM a integrar las responsabilidades de presentación de impuestos directos para los países de habla hispana de LATAM. El Analista Fiscal COE Impuestos Directos LATAM es el primer contacto con las plantas, el Analista de Impuestos completará el cumplimiento de manera precisa y eficiente, mejorará continuamente los procesos y respaldará las operaciones.

**Responsibilidades**

A) Preparar el paquete de cumplimiento para el año fiscal, incluyendo pero no limitado a declaraciones de impuestos sobre la renta, pagos provisionales, ISSIF, declaraciones informativas y otras presentaciones para estar en cumplimiento con el gobierno mexicano para las personas morales mexicanas y algunos de los hispanohablantes.

B) Ayudar con la documentación de precios de transferencia para garantizar que se mantengan los precios de transferencia adecuados.

C) Preparar cálculos de impuesto sobre la renta diferido

D) Apoyar proyectos tributarios, tales como cambios por reformas tributarias, activo fijo, incentivos fiscales

F) Llevar a cabo responsabilidades y actividades alineadas con los valores de la empresa y promover la colaboración dentro del equipo de Impuestos Directos

G) Crear relaciones sólidas en todas las empresas

H) Promover un entorno de mejora continua

**Qualifications**:

- Contador Público titulado o comparable
- Inglés avanzado
- Por lo menos 2 años de experiência
- Excelente conocimiento técnico de las Leyes y Regulaciones Tributarias Mexicanas (deseable conocimiento en Ley LATAM)
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, con capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con otros (compañeros, superiores, personal de la planta) en un entorno dinámico
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y responsabilidades mientras se cumplen los plazos
- Capacidad para asimilar información de múltiples fuentes, identificar problemas, desarrollar e implementar soluciones
