**Vacante para la empresa HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V en García, Nuevo León**: ACTIVIDADES:
- Responsable de aumentar los números de ventas individuales y de equipo.
- Administrar una base de clientes existente y prospectos de nuevos mercados
- Desarrollar oportunidades de venta en línea con nuestras capacidades de fabricación.
- Identificar, calificar, clasificar, rastrear clientes potenciales
- Utilizar Salesforce (CRM) para garantizar que las actividades, los contactos y las oportunidades estén documentados
- Mantener el conocimiento de las condiciones del mercado y las actividades competitivas
- Trabajo en un entorno orientado a objetivos
- Trabajar con nuestro departamento de ingeniería y equipos de producción para desarrollar soluciones que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente
**Requisitos**:
Ingeniero metalúrgico o carrera afin - titulado
REQUERIMIENTOS ESPECIALES:
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente (visita plantas y clientes)
- VISA Y PASAPORTE VIGENTE al menos 1 año
IDIOMA:
INGLÉS CONVERSACIONAL C1 - C2 (COMPROBABLE)
EXPERIENCIA:
Experiência de 3 a 5 años en planta cementera o como Ingeniero de ventas técnicas para el mercado de refacciones y equipos para empresas cementeras
CONOCIMIENTOS:
- Ventas de refacciones y/o equipos para sector industrial CEMENTO y/o MINERÍA
- Conocimiento de equipos y proceso de fabricación de CEMENTO
- Conocimientos generales de Ingenieria
- Conocimiento de Principios Metalúrgicos
SUELDO:
$50,000 - $60,000 mensuales nominales + prestaciones superiores a la ley.
