Prepare, distribute and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects, as per the company’s/project’s procedures and ensuring effective version control and status tracking
**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Administrate PDC platform for ELDS Mexico.
- Keep tracking of project documentation dates.
- Submit project documentation as per dates.
- Administrate customers platforms to submit documentation.
- Ensure the compliance of customer specs for documentation.
- Submit documentation status reports as per project requirements.
- Support Project Manager on customer meeting related to documentation.
- Administrate the activities/priorities of Document control area.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Electrical or Industrial Engineer with technical skills.
- Intermediate-Advanced level of English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Knowlegde in SAP.
- 2 years of experience.
