**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Metric Consolidation for L2
Maintain calendar reminders - update distribution list, dates, etc. as needed
- Maintain Contributor file - update monthly metrics and explanations prior to calendar reminder, understand formulas, identify anomalies and correct (if needed), send reminders to contributors through Power Apps. Ensure metrics & explanations are submitted prior to L2 meeting.
- Maintain scorecard / list of launches - Source: Steelhead
- Update FIRFT NA & EU metrics and NA SEO Profit monthly - Sources: OneCX & Rotunda SharePoint
- Support Corporate Compliance
Attending Activity Quality Coordinator meetings
- Update organization charts monthly
- Provide general support for documenting Roles & Responsibilities and EDMS clean-up
- Purchase Orders in Ariba
Write requisitions for Emerging Technology, SEO Management, and Warranty Operations
- Route invoices to business owners for approval and receipt work in system
- Alert business office of invoices that should be accrued (work completed / not received in the Ariba)
- Close Purchase Orders
- Microsoft SharePoint 365
Acts as SharePoint administrator for the Emerging Technologies, Global and North Ameica SEO SharePoint sites
- Grants permissions to new users
- Performs SharePoint access audits (Global SEO, NA SEO, and ET) using Simple Audit Manager
- Ensures documents are reviewed annually during AFR

**Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivilant experience with experience in business, finance, or a similar area
- Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint 365, Power Apps
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to balance diverse workload; strong attention to detail and delivery
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- English proficiency (written & verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with experience in business, finance, or a similar area
