**Virtual Phone Agent on site Guadalajara - Base Salary 11K - 13K + Bonuses**

**Position Overview**

HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English Phone Agent to join our team. We're looking for an empathetic, cheerful, outgoing person, who loves to talk and is great with computers. A problem solving and skilled agent with the multitasking ability. **Qualifications**:

- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B2 - C1
- **In Office position - Live in Guadalajara.**:

- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
- High School Diploma.
- Unfinished degrees are welcome too
- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.

**Activities**:

- Administrative tasks
- Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Provide updates to customers

**What we offer**:

- Base salary 11K - 13K free from taxes (Depending on your English and skill levels)
- Law Benefits
- Referral Bonus 5,000.00 pesos
- Monday to Friday 10:00am - 18:30pm (time availability)
- Full Paid Training
