**The Role**:
**This role will require individuals to be onsite at the AMS office in Monterrey, Mexico**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
- Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum - Interface between Recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informed
- Maintain agreed service levels and targets
**Skills & Experience**:
- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition Sourcing and or Full Desk Recruiting
- Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Experience of directly engaging with end-clients - Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
- **Fluent in both Spanish and English**:
- Familiar with Microsoft office products
- Ability to work out of our Monterrey Office (5 days a week)
- Willingness to learn about how to Source excellent Talent for our clients
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
- Passionate about the recruitment industry
