**The role**:
Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.

**_ This is a role based in Monterrey, NL, Mexico - onsite 3 days a week._**

Internal TA team is responsible for hiring both operational roles and the roles that impact our client teams directly (so you’d be recruiting for other recruiters, sourcing specialists, coordinators and admin roles among others).

- Show tact and confidence in talking to client stakeholders. Ensure you’re leveraging your knowledge and wider AMS network to propose solutions that deliver the right results for your clients and AMS e.g., proposing alternative ways to find niche skills in a competitive market.

- Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent _in_ the market, not just those who are actively _on_ the market.
- Use your knowledge and established network at AMS to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract, and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools.
- Understand and utilise data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
- Experience of using a range of tools and systems including in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.
- Experience working to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Business English fluency is a must
