Client Manager Assistant

Somos una empresa con más de 12 años de experiência en el área, especializada en ofrecer una solución completa de servicios administrativos-contables al sector de franquicias de comida rápida en Estados Unidos. Por crecimiento nos encontramos en busca de un Client Manager Assistant que desee unirse a nuestro equipo en Mexicali, Baja California.
**Actividades**:
- Extracción de facturas de portales web y de correo electrónico para revisión y procedimiento.
- Seguimiento puntual a procedimientos de aprobación.
- Entrada de facturas en el sistema contable de la empresa.
- Verificación y conciliación de extractos y cuentas de proveedores para garantizar la exactitud de los registros financieros.
- Comunicación con los departamentos de (XB) para dar seguimiento a las actividades relacionadas con el cliente, asegurando una coordinación efectiva en el procesamiento de facturas, en la gestión de pagos y cuentas por cobrar.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en contabilidad, LAE, Negocios o afín.
- Experiência contable (De preferencia más no indispensable)
- 80% de ingles hablado y escrito
- Manejo de Excel intermedio

- Prestaciones de ley (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo de 15 días, Vacaciones).

Si cumples con el perfil, te ofrecemos un horario de trabajo de tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm. Nuestra ubicación es en Mexicali, Baja California, en Calz. CETYS, Zona Dorada.

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
