**Objective**
Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global Ariba EDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process. This initiative supports the 2023 strategic initiative of Best-in-class performance.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead generation of suppliers waves draft lists
- Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional purchasing teams
- Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list
- Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team
- Follow up supplier enablement and onboarding with Ariba
- Coordinates training sessions with suppliers and Ariba
- Escalates issues and coordinates with project team
- Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope
**Position Requirements**
- Engineering IIS, IMA (7 or 8 semester)
- Software: MS Excel and Power Point
- Behavioral Skills: Discipline, Proactivity and Problem-Solving
- English required
