We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Business Support Sr. Specialist to join our team at Nemak. This role will play a critical part in supporting our purchasing organization globally, driving business process evolution, and ensuring standardization and global alignment.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement global process improvement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into actionable projects.
- Design and document purchasing business processes, identifying improvement areas and deploying new solutions to close gaps.
- Provide support to purchasing teams, including deployment of global purchasing initiatives, planning, coordination, and implementation of purchasing process initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience in operative purchasing and/or strategic sourcing, business process improvement, project management, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with SAM MM & Ariba, Scrum or Agile Frameworks, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles.
