Cada año, solo en Latinoamérica, más del 10% de los productos vendidos por el ecommerce son devueltos, esto crea toneladas de potencial desperdicio y le cuesta a las empresas varios millones de dólares. 2bak es una solución SAAS para ecommerce que ofrece una experiência de devolución eficiente con los mejores canales de salida de tal manera que se evitan desperdicios y se reducen drásticamente los costos asociados al proceso de devolución.
Nuestra tecnología apunta a la generación de valor en cada etapa de la logística inversa end-to-end mediante una atención fácil y rápida al consumidor, gestión de las devoluciones que resultan en eficiencias operacionales y un motor de inteligencia comercial para buscar los mejores canales de salida que maximizan el valor económico del producto. Esto trae como consecuencia mayor valor para todos en el proceso, menores desperdicios y un planeta más limpio.

**Propósito del cargo**:
Business Developer con un mínimo de 4 años de experiência realizando actividades de venta consultiva, seguimiento a clientes y cierre de ventas.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar relaciones con múltiples personas de la C-suite (eg., COO, Director of Customer Service, CRO, etc) en todas las ventas de productos.
- Ciclo de venta completo: demostraciones del producto, presentaciones y cierre de acuerdos.
- Comprender el negocio de los diferentes clientes y asesorarlos sobre cómo Getback puede ayudarlos en su logística inversa y nível de servicio post venta.
- Identificar los especialistas/recursos de soporte adecuados para cerrar un trato, en el momento adecuado.
- Establecer y llevar a cabo periódicamente negociaciones de alto nível con ejecutivos de nível C-Suite y VP.
- Proporcionar pronósticos confiables y precisos de actividades y ejecución de cuotas al liderazgo de ventas.
- Colaborar diariamente con equipos internos, desde SDR, Producto, Customer Success y Liderazgo Senior.
- Ser parte de la expansión del mercado dentro de Getback a nível LATAM: comprender el panorama, desarrollar nuevas estrategias y establecer a Getback como la solución líder en logística inversa.
**Requisitos y competencias para trabajar con nosotros**:
- Vivir en CDMX (posición híbirda).
- Experiência previa en ventas SaaS, mínimo 4 años
- Experiência trabajando en Startups eindustria B2B.
- Conocedor de la tecnología y una pasión natural por la innovación digital.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y presentación.
- Análisis de datos para los enfoques de ventas y logro de cuotas.
- Visión estratégica: se requiere experiência en previsión y gestión de proyectos y habilidades de comunicación críticas.
- Habilidades interpersonales: orientado a los detalles,responsable, creativo,trabajo en equipo, mente abierta y ambicioso.
**Bonus**:
- Experiência en la industria de la logística.
- Conocimiento o experiência en E-Commerce, Sistemas ERP y Ventas B2B.
