**Job Title**:
**Remote Project Estimator and Sales Coordinator **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: Anticipated monthly pay is $2,000 USD. Monthly additional bonus of up to $1,000 USD depending on the amount of project awards, profit margin and customer outreach will be given if goals are met.

**Schedule**:Eastern Standard Time - Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch

**Position Summary**:
The Estimator is responsible for project estimates, communicating with customers and closing sales while collaborating

with colleagues to build upon our client's team. Key responsibilities for this role include: identifying and evaluating

opportunities, performing and r eviewing estimates, scheduling, client communication, coordination with internal staff and

subcontractors, problem solving, and quality assurance to drive successful, profitable projects completed in advance of

project deadlines. The Estimator will also contribute ideas to improve the team’s day-to-day operations.

**Essential Functions**:

- Review project opportunities and proactively seek out new opportunities; strategize on the projects to pursue.
- Perform and review take-offs and build project estimates. Most take-offs are done by other resources in the company however reviewing the take-offs done by others and making adjustments will be an essential skill. The take-off program utilized is MeasureSquare.
- Reach out to suppliers, manufacturers and installers for material pricing as needed.
- Responsible for the project hand-off (when applicable), including set-up and start-up of each project. Help and coordinate with colleagues who are assisting/managing projects.
- Responsible for key accounts with General Contractors, Construction Managers and end users that have either been assigned or acquired to provide all flooring needs the customers may have.
- Do regular outreach to the clients to build relationships with clients and develop new business.
- Do regular outreach with suppliers and manufacturers to build relationships with them. Help them out whenever possible.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope when requested.
- While executing on project requirements, ensures that the three primary constraints (quality, cost, and time) that face every project are properly managed.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the client.
- Thoroughly understand the project scope and work with GC’s or end-users when work requested or required is not in
- the contract. Assemble change orders to address out of scope issues.
- Work on material submittals and samples as needed to support the project.
- Manage and track time and material tickets and work with office staff for a quick turnaround to get them invoiced. Work with project team to send a monthly tracker to the GCs.
- Meets with clients, suppliers, installers and any other partners to ensure the project is completed to the satisfaction of everybody involved.
- Anticipates issues and responds proactively and preventatively; solves problems with a can-do attitude; identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information with colleagues (e.g. project coordinator/manager)
- Documents important project information.
- Communicates difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Keeps client updated regularly on projects; sets and manages client expectations.
- Continually seeks to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Maintains confidentiality of client information.
- Maintains good working relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and co-workers.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
- 4+ years experience in the industry or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Financial management skills
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Computer or technical knowledge
- Effective problem solving skills
