- Propósito general

Generar y documentar las guías a través de “comando” con la finalidad de llevar el seguimiento necesario a partir de las solicitudes hasta la entrega final del envío.

Principales Funciones

1. Generar guías de envío. Capturando los datos del remitente y destinatario en “SCI” (sistema comando interactivo). Para agilizar la recolección del paquete

2. Ejecutar el registro y creación de guías. Generando reportes llamados manifiestos. Para tener la relación de las guías generadas en “SCI” (sistema comando interactivo) y el cierre del cierre diario del cliente.

3. Analizar el seguimiento a los envíos del cliente. Dando monitoreo a los envíos generados en el sistema de rastreo. Para poder validar el estatus y ubicación del paquete para que de esta manera el cliente sepa en donde se encuentra el envío.

4. Informar sobre casos especiales. Mediante la comunicación con el ejecutivo de cuenta o asesor de cuenta. Para que se coordine con las áreas involucradas y se brinde el mejor servicio al cliente

5. Informar sobre la actualización de datos. Capturando en comando los datos actualizados de remitentes y destinatarios. Para generar las guías con los datos correctos
