Join our team As a Food Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution and monitoring of product quality programs and prerequisites of food safety programs.

Furthermore, you will oversee the annual review of procedures, formats and documents of the food quality and safety system.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Customer & Consumer Complaints - **Review consumer and customer complaints. Also, quality defects in the operation systems.
- ** Review Sanitary Parameters - **Operation of sanitary parameters out of standard. Review the non-conformities derived from audits or regulatory visits and performance audits of good manufacturing practices and plant safety
- ** Execution of trainings - **You will be responsible for the execution of the trainings about the prerequisites of food safety programs that will be under your responsibility
- ** Maintaining procedures - **As food safety analyst, you will maintain the procedures related to prerequisite programs and new regulation or corporate standards
- ** Plant Safety - **You will be a member of the plant´s quality and food safety center of excellence and the HACCP Team

- Bachelor´s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Food Engineering
- Advanced English
