Role Overview and Responsibilities:
**Introduction**

Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries. In charge of Department's KPIs. Insure we are meeting 24hours response time to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Motivate, coach, inspire, train and direct the customer service team on the best ways and

approach to relate to customers as they attend to their needs.

Promotes customer satisfaction.

Ensure good customer relations and effective order management.

Maintains liaison activity between customer service, customers and sales representatives on shipments, pricing, account files, order entry methods, incoming business, and special billing procedures.

In charge of Department's KPIs.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
**Core Requirements**
- Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along.
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
- Must be result oriented.
- Prolific Attitude, capable of produce and implement creative solutions to novel problems.

**Desireable Skills and Experience**

BA/BS University degree, 3 years of experience in customer service area in a maquiladora

environment.

Excellent written and English skills,

Negotiation and communication Skills.

Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members

Ability to multitask

Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
