Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Juarez North, Mexico.

Reporting to the Sr. Business Unit Director, the Customer Service Representative role involvesResponsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:

- Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.
- Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Internal and external customer service attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders.
- Microsoft Office management.
