10. Ensure that process parameters are within acceptable tolerances for products and components, and result in solder quality that meets customer requirements. 11. Follow product launches to validate process effectiveness and implement necessary improvements. 12. Aid the production floor to evaluate and resolve issues related to Man/Method/Machine/Material/Measurement/Environment. 13. Continually strive to balance and optimize line throughput, including efforts to minimize changeover downtime 14. Provide input on creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems. 15. Provide guidance, assistance and / or training Engineering or Maintenance Technicians as applicable. 16. Assist Project Engineer(s) or Project Manager(s) with capacity modeling and labor quoting activities. 17. Encourage open communication and exchange of information within various support groups. 18. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. 19. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. 20. Other duties as they may be assigned. PROFILE Prior Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience in Electronics Manufacturing Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline required Electronicts, SMT process (screen printer, reflow oven, SPI, pick and place), Electric Testing and ESD Systems Fluent in English KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrate knowledge of components, printed circuit boards, and chemistries used in electronics manufacturing. Demonstrated design and implement processes related to relevant electronics manufacturing technology Demonstrated knowledge of IPC-610/J-STD-001 requirements Demonstrated understanding of labor capacity, quoting and efficiency. Electronicts, SMT process (screen printer, reflow oven, SPI, pick and place), Electric Testing and ESD Systems
