-Job description

**Propósito del Puesto**:

- Coordinación y Administración FRP asignado para DBS (global / local) para WPB e identificando oportunidades e iniciativas de ahorro de alienadas a las estrategias de la dirección.
- Control del gasto en los servicios Run The Bank / Change The Bank gobernados y no gobernados por WPB de los recharges globales y locales (Capex, Desarrollo soporte y productivo, servidores).
- Coordinación y seguimiento de las cuentas de Recharges e intecompany detectando de forma oportuna sobregiros y el registro contable gasto-provisión a nível entidad.
- Diseñar, preparar y coordinar el Comité de Costos Indirectos y Recharges de WPB y dar seguimiento a los acuerdos que ahí se generen.
- Administración FRP asignado al gasto directos generados por la función (CttB) identificando los principales incrementales y driver asignados a nível attributions / allocations.
- Establecimiento y seguimiento de KPIs, mensuales del FRP&FCST&Actuals de todo el gasto Indirecto identificando los GAP por cada teniendo una mejor visibilidad del gasto por DBS / Intercomapny y Funciones.
- Governance del pago de servicios recibos por grupo mitigando el riesgo fiscal alineado a las políticas Globales, identificando cada servicio brindando por grupo validando con cada owner el costo-beneficio.
- Gestión integral de los gastos indirectos para tener un governace local del registro mensual de los gastos registrados dentro de la función de WPB.
- Manager de trabajo multidisciplinarios enfocados en la implementación de iniciativas de ahorro para WPB.
- Proponer nuevas y/o mejores formas de trabajo que promuevan la optimización del gasto en WPB.
Requirements

Principales **Responsabilidades**:

Impacto en el negocio (Completar 3-4 áreas)
- Presentar información confiable y de utilidad sobre el gasto y presupuesto de WPB que correspondan en los diversos Comités.
- Implementar mejoras en los procesos de WPB.
- Identificar áreas de oportunidad para optimizar procesos e implementar sistemas de información generando ahorros para WPB.
