**Join Our Team as a Bilingual Sales Rep**

Are you a dynamic communicator fluent in both English and Spanish? Do you excel at persuading and convincing customers while maintaining a friendly demeanor? We're searching for talented individuals like you to join our remote team, ideally located in Monterrey or Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

As a Bilingual Sales Rep, you'll be the voice of our company, guiding potential customers in setting up electricity services for their homes or businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers over the phone to explain our rate plans and address any inquiries they may have.
- Overcoming objections with ease and confidence to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully close the sale.
- Creating new electricity accounts in our system efficiently and accurately.
- Following up on accounts to ensure successful connections and resolve any obstacles promptly.
- Maintaining strong relationships with individuals and leasing agents who refer customers to us.

What we're looking for:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional reading, writing, and conversational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar sales role preferred.
- Friendly attitude with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Fast learner with a strong motivation for success.
- Good computer skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Saturday, with a dedicated, quiet workspace.
