Core mission:
Lead and manage financial resources, budget and reporting, accounting, asset management, risk, insurance, invoicing, fiscal strategy, internal and external audits, and compliance with local regulations and authorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a local strategy for the Finance Division based on

General Management guidelines and considering Galderma's overall vision, strategy, guidelines, goals, and objectives.
- Establish and monitor goals for the Finance Division’s local strategy,

analyzing deviations and developing corrective action plans (if required)

in order to achieve the established goals.
- Plan annual budget, including financial and personnel requirements, in

order to have the necessary assets for a smooth business-as-usual operation and achieve established goals with efficient working teams.
- Analyze budget deviations in order to develop and implement initiatives

that control and minimize risks.
- Propose and implement plans to increase the Finance division’s efficiency in order to improve the overall performance of Galderma Mexico.
- Prepare reports to communicate Finance results to the General Management and Galderma in a timely manner.
- Direct accounting, financial statements, and reports for internal and external authorities to evidence the overall situation and financial performance of Galderma Mexico.

Main requirements
- Previous experience in similar positions as Finance Head or CFO
- Strong team leadership skills, leading managers
- Fluent English
- Previous experience having changed ERP or finance management systems
