El Production Team Leader proporciona liderazgo y apoyo para la implementación, el desarrollo y la dirección de los equipos de producción. El puesto implementa acciones para mejorar la calidad de los productos y procesos, así como para acelerar y apoyar los esfuerzos de cambio cultural dirigidos a lograr las metas organizacionales.

**Las responsabilidades clave incluyen**:

- Supervisar y mejorar la productividad, al tiempo que se garantiza que todos los compromisos del cliente se cumplan de manera oportuna, consciente de la calidad y los costos.
- Desarrollar y crear planes de capacitación para maximizar la capacidad de la fuerza laboral.
- Liderar los esfuerzos de cumplimiento, así como ambientales, de salud y seguridad en apoyo de los objetivos de la planta
- Impulsar la implementación de la fabricación LEAN

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería industrial, biomédica, mecánica o disciplina afín concluída y con título o en proceso de titulación (indispensable)
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en producción o en cadena de suministro
- Inglés conversacional intermedio-avanzado
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en primer o segundo turno
- Experiência con paquetería Microsoft Office
