Responsabilidades del puesto:
Responsable de monitorear, documentar, realización de manuales, reportes, inventarios y soporte de 1er & 2do Nível.
- Monitoreo diario de cámaras, revisión de dispositivos, así como incidentes solicitados por usuarios.
- Supervisar y revisar diariamente el rendimiento de la WAN a través de la interfaz web del proveedor.
- Revisión diaria de temperatura, y problemas eléctricos a través de la interfaz web de Scheinder Electrical.
- Consumo de impresoras por usuario, reportes mensuales y monitoreo.
- Mantenimiento de Impresoras, ABC de Usuarios (Impresión, Copia & Scan)
- Instalación y preparación de equipos: Laptops, Desktops, Impresoras, Etiquetadoras & Móviles
- Memorias técnicas, documentación, manuales.
- Gestión de activos y asignación de equipos informáticos ABC (Snipe-IT)
- Soporte de 1er & 2do Nível.
- Soporte técnico a usuario final
- mantenimientos preventivos / correctivos
- inventarios, instrucciones de trabajo, reportes
- conocimiento básico en redes, telefonía & CCTV

**Requirements**:

- Conocimiento de MS-Office
- Memorias técnicas, documentación y manuales
- Manejo de multímetro, generador de tonos (Tester)
- Conocimientos básicos en auditoria IATF / ISO
- Capacidad de análisis de datos y reportes
- Disponibilidad de horario
