Fp&a Lead Specialist

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Plant Finance Leader to support in the development, preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual FP&A process (Closing, Forecast, Variance Analysis, Annual Budgeting, Long range plan)
- Work closely with Plant Finance leader and Operations leaders to prepare and report on monthly Std Productivity for Resi Fire business (Factory Productivity, Material Productivity, Logistics Productivity)
- Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations, as needed.
- Prepare weekly reports on Inventories, Production and Sales.
- Prepare report and analysis on PPV, perform due diligence on standard cost and last pay price in the system.
- Prepare report and analysis on logistics costs (inbound, outbound, warehousing, premium freight)
- Support Annual Standards Updates and maintenance.
- Support Capex and TOW related business case development.
- Support in review of E&O
- Track spends under various projects.
- Conduct ad hoc activities as needed to support business.

**Role Purpose**:

- Business partner to operations leaders within the Residential Fire Business
- Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support short-term business goals and decisions.
- Reviews financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flows and statistical analysis for accuracy.
- Advises on operations finance activities, such as programs, pricing, sales, and supply chain.
- Conducts medium to large-scale projects. Builds analytical models to perform complex analyses.
- Lead transformation with effective change management.
- Take ownership and follow through on cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and insistently attack problems facing the business.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years' experience in FP&A role with strong business partnering mindset.
- Advanced Excel sills.
- Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required.
- Working Experience in Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Inventory knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working Knowledge of HFM, ability to quickly learn different ERP systems (IFS, JDE, Oracle) for reporting purpose.
- Well organized.
- On-site at NAV factory.
