Estamos buscando individuos altamente motivados para unirse a nuestro programa inaugural de reintegración profesional (SOAR) en IT.
Este programa remunerado está diseñado para ofrecer apoyo e integrar a profesionales talentosos que hayan tomado un descanso en su carrera de al menos 6 meses y están regresando al mercado laboral.
Como participante en SOAR, tendrás la oportunidad de actualizar y mejorar tus habilidades mientras trabajas en proyectos significativos dentro de nuestra organización.
Objetivo:
Asegurar la trazabilidad de los recursos referente a crecimiento profesional, certificaciones, ocupación, asignación a proyectos, actualización de datos en las herramientas internas.
- Comunicación efectiva: Transmitir la información a los stakeholders internos (consultores y líderes)
- Atención al detalle: Mantener el data quality de información con el mínimo de errores
- Seguimiento y Control: Tener comunicación continua con los stakeholder del proceso para así lograr tener la información actualizada
- Manejo de estrés: Trabajar bajo presión, manteniendo la calidad
- Resolución de conflictos: Resolver posibles dificultades que se dan en la búsqueda de cumplimiento de actividades
- Manejo de Repositorios: Administración de información en un repositorio empresarial
- Orden: Procurar el orden en su trabajo
- Trabajo en equipo: Colaboración con el equipo interno para cumplimiento de objetivos
- Asistencia en labores administrativas para asegurar la correcta información dentro de las herramientas.
- Asegurar la actualización de los datos, ajustes o cambios que existan para cada recurso.
- Planear la ocupación de los recursos asegurando que siempre tengan actividades asignadas.
- Constante comunicación que los diferentes Lideres para anticipar cambios, retiros o reasignación de los recursos.
What we need to see from you:
Requisitos
- Haber hecho una pausa en su carrera laboral en los últimos 4-6 meses como mínimo y encontrarse actualmente sin empleo.
- Profesional en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas con conocimientos en TI.
- Ingeniería en Sistemas o Industrial (conocimiento en procesos).
- 2+ años de experiência en el área.
- Inglés Intermedio
- avanzado deseable.
- Horario: 8am a 6pm de L-V
