**HR Manager - Plant Operations (Labor Relations)**

**Role Summary**:
As the HR Manager, you will hold a key position in our organization, reporting directly to the CEO. Our people are our greatest asset, and you will oversee fostering a positive and productive work environment where everyone contributes to achieving our mission and goals. Cultivating corporate values and fostering a positive culture is a crucial aspect of this role.

**Key Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, including labor relations and union negotiation.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, with special focus on labor relations and negotiating with unions.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR Executive role.
- People-oriented and goal-oriented.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR metrics.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Ability to design strategies and possess leadership skills.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Labor Relations: 4 years (required)
