Resumen del puesto:
El Legal and Tax Manager será responsable de liderar el área legal y fiscal de la empresa en México, en el sector automotriz. Esta posición requerirá conocimientos avanzados en derecho corporativo, tributación y regulaciones fiscales mexicanas, así como habilidades de liderazgo para dirigir y motivar a un equipo de profesionales del derecho y la fiscalidad.

**Responsabilidades**:
Dirigir y supervisar los asuntos legales y fiscales de la empresa en México, asegurando el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.

Brindar asesoría legal y fiscal a la alta dirección y al resto de la organización en México en áreas como fusiones y adquisiciones, contratos, litigios, propiedad intelectual, entre otras.

Establecer y mantener políticas y procedimientos fiscales y legales, así como garantizar su implementación efectiva.

Liderar y motivar a un equipo de profesionales del derecho y la fiscalidad, asegurando que estén actualizados en las regulaciones y prácticas fiscales y legales.

Coordinar y supervisar la presentación de informes fiscales y contables, y la preparación de auditorías fiscales.

Identificar y mitigar riesgos fiscales y legales para la empresa, y desarrollar estrategias de prevención y resolución de problemas.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en derecho, contabilidad o carrera afín.

Experiência laboral de al menos 8 años en derecho corporativo y tributación en México, preferentemente en el sector automotriz.

Conocimiento avanzado de las leyes y regulaciones fiscales y legales en México.

Experiência liderando equipos y capacidad para motivar y guiar a otros profesionales.

Habilidad para comunicar y presentar de manera efectiva información compleja a públicos diversos.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otras áreas de la organización.
