**Operador de maquina**
El operador de la máquina es responsable de ayudar a proporcionar productos y servicios seguros, eficientes y confiables a los clientes y de identificar oportunidades para mejorar la prestación de servicios. El operador de la máquina se asegura de que el equipo se entregue a tiempo y de acuerdo con las demandas operativas, y mantiene el equipo de taller y de campo.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Operar máquinas CNC de manera eficiente y segura.
- Interpretar programas CNC, así como planos técnicos y especificaciones para configurar y operar máquinas CNC.
- Realizar ajustes y cambios necesarios para asegurar la calidad y precisión de los productos manufacturados.
- Inspeccionar y medir componentes utilizando instrumentos de medición precisos.
- Mantener registros precisos de producción y reportar cualquier problema o desviación.
- Participe en reuniones previas al trabajo y Toolbox meetings con los miembros del equipo
- Planificar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento para una ubicación designada (fuera de las actividades de Gestión del ciclo de vida de la tecnología).
- Mantener el equipo de acuerdo con los procedimientos, reportando problemas o desviaciones
- Opere el equipo de acuerdo con los procedimientos, los níveles de competencia y los requisitos del trabajo.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el proceso de prestación de servicios.
- Participar en investigaciones de fallas cuando sea relevante
- Utilizar los principios rectores y las herramientas del sistema de fabricación para impulsar la mejora continua.

**Habilidades y requisitos**:

- Haber cursado escuela técnica o tener mínimo 3 años de experiência previa como operador de CNC.
- Conocimientos computacionales como manejo de Excel básico.
- Conocimiento de programación y operación de máquinas CNC.
- Conocimiento de códigos G y M.
- Capacidad para leer y entender planos técnicos y especificaciones.
- Conocimientos básicos de simbología de dibujos técnicos.
- Capacidad para realizar ajustes y cambios en máquinas CNC de manera precisa.
- Conocimiento de instrumentos de medición y manejo de los mismos.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de torno y fresado y montaje de las mismas.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para identificar y solucionar cualquier desviación.
- Alta atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad para cumplir con plazos y trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
