Importante empresa méxicana especializada en la operación prosional de rentas de corta o mediana estancia esta en busca de **FRONT DESK (supervisor de edificio de AIRBNB)**
Debe de tener carrera enfocada al servicio al cliente y/o hospitalidad, una presencia formal, agradable y amigable, 100% enfocado en la satisfacción y solución hacia el huésped
Fácil comunicación en diferentes idiomas relevantes a nuestro giro, comunicación con alta resistencia a reclamaciones y demandas inusuales.
**FUNCIONES**
- Tendrá a su cargo personal de mantenimiento, limpieza y seguridad.
- Al inicio y al fin de su turno deberá validar las reservas que entran y salen para poder lograr una buena coordinación de las diferentes áreas.
- Validar que el inmueble este al 100% operando y cubra con los estandares establécidos.
- Deberá de validar que las amenidades funcionen y esten correctamente acomodadas.
- Valdiar que se cuente con insumos y materia prima suficiente para las estimaciones de reservas.
- Deberá atender los mensajes que lleguen por el sistema de reservas en no más de 10 minutos.
- Siempre dar una buena imagen y servicio para lograr incrementar la satisfacción del huésped, logrando la fidelidad del cliente.
- Vender noches a los huéspedes y servicios extras autorizados por oficina central.
- Reportar anomalias relacionada a cualqier área y asegurarse que se cierre la tarea de forma rápida y eficientemente.
