**PROJECT MANAGER hospitalario**

Titulados en Licenciatura en Enfermería o Ingeniería Industrial y Biomédicos

**Experiência**: Mínima de 2 años en conocimientos de Administración Hospitalaria y proyectos de atención a la salud:
Manejo general de equipo médico.
Procesos hospitalarios.
Administración de contratos.
Infraestructura y organización hospitalaria.
Conocimiento en mapeo y gestión de procesos.
Evaluación de indicadores

**Responsabilidades**:

- Recabar en sitio y analizar la información operativa necesaria para la implementación de los servicios, vía levantamiento hospitalario.
- Coordinar junto con las diferentes áreas el cumplimiento de los diversos entregables necesarios para la implementación.
- Coordinar y supervisar al personal asistente de asistencia: (planificar roles, responsabilidades, plan de capacitación y vigilar el cumplimiento de sus funciones).
- Administrar el inventario de equipo médico, materiales e indirectos asignados al hospital.
- Supervisar la implementación de las políticas de calidad aplicables al servicio.

Sueldo base $20,000 B + Prestaciones de Ley + superiores
